HOW OFTEN AND HOW LONG?
It only takes a few minutes to maintain healthy teeth.
- brush your teeth twice a day for 3 minutes - longer if you use brushing aid for receded gums
- Floss your teeth once a day for 2 minutes
MAKE IT COUNT.
Use the right technique and equipment for best results.
- Brush in a circular motion holding your toothbrush at a 45 degree angle toward the gum-line - electric toothbrushes are the most thorough
- Floss between teeth in and up-and-down motion, making sure to hug the tooth on both sides of the gum as you go below the gum-line.
