58 year old female from Allen, Texas came to the dental office with silver fillings that had signs of secondary tooth decay around the margins. It was recommended that the fillings be replaced. The patient accepted the treatment. She returned to the dental office, her tooth was anesthetized and the filling was removed along with the underlying tooth decay. The patient reported no pain during the dental procedure. A new composite tooth colored filling was placed. No sensitivity was reported after the anesthetic wore off.
